Disasters don’t stop for corona virus and neither will MicroAid
During this unprecedented year, we were able to continue our work building permanent homes for disaster-survivor families around the world.

This year, your support helped build a large two-family home for earthquake survivors in Nepal. Additionally, we were able to keep paying the workers even as the country went into multiple lockdowns during our construction. It was just the right thing to do.
Here are the before and after pictures of the project. We took down the old dangerously-damaged structure and built a completely new home.
These are some of the workers, and their families, who helped in the year-long process.
MicroAid is already starting another home-construction in Nepal for another deserving family. And we will begin helping earthquake survivors in Mexico in 2021.
There are only three days left for a 2020 contribution. Any amount will help.
And remember, this year, because of the pandemic relief bills, you can deduct up to an additional $300 on your tax return even if you take the standard deduction.
