You're building a house in Nepal

Did you know that MicroAid was in the middle of rebuilding a severely damaged house for an earthquake-survivor family in Nepal before the world-wide lockdown? Luckily, the family has been safe and healthy in their temporary location. In Nepal, during this lockdown, you can only leave your house between 6am and 8am and 5pm and 7pm to go to the market. That’s it! And the rules are rigidly enforced at police checkpoints throughout the country. But thanks to the ingenuity and dedication of our local project manager and crew, we have resumed the work.
