Going for the Gold (February 2026)
I’m happy to report that we have already vetted a new beneficiary family in Nepal and begun the process of building them a new permanent house to replace the one they lost in the earthquake of 2015. Since that devastating event, which destroyed 650,000 homes in Nepal, our family (the mom and two daughters) has been living in a rented two-room apartment. Sadly, her husband/their dad was killed during the earthquake. At MicroAid, we pride ourselves on finding and helping deserv
