As we head into the season of thanks, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting MicroAid.
MicroAid, and the work we do rebuilding permanent houses for disaster survivors, would not exist without you.
I truly feel that this is a group effort, and it is my honor to channel your generosity to people who really need our help.
Where we work, there are no social safety nets, no insurance, and no government assistance. Without us, our beneficiary families would be out of luck.
And MicroAid truly changes their lives—directly and efficiently—by rebuilding comfortable, permanent homes that will survive the next disaster... and last for generations to come.
I also believe that we are beneficiaries, too! The old saying, “It is better to give than to receive," is true. It feels good to help others.
